Caramelized Figs

I had to share this delicious dessert we had tonight. 

Caramelized Figs.

Roll tender-skinned fig halves in caster sugar and arrange side by side in a pie baking dish.
Sprinkle with Brandy, Rum or your favourite Liqueur.
Bake for 10-15mins at 220 deg Celsius.
Cool and serve as a dessert or with your favourite cheeses and deli meats.
