What you will need:

150g unsalted butter chopped
1/3 cup cream
1 1/2 cups smooth peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 1/2 cups icing sugar

What to do:

Line a lightly greased 20cm square tin with baking paper.

Place butter, cream, peanut butter and vanilla in a saucepan over medium heat, stiring until the butter and peanut butter are completely smooth and melted.

Sift icing sugar into a bowl and pour the butter mixture over stirring quickly until completely mixed in.

Pour mixture into prepared tin and smooth on top.
