we enjoyed afternoon tea under the trees
cherry tomatoes were sliced, oiled, seasoned, slowly dried and left to settle in olive oil
many toasted marshmallows were eaten (too many)
we stayed up late and played well past bed time
lots of time was spent at the river floating down steam
apple cake was made for my birthday

That afternoon tea looks delightful! Apple cake... Yum! I could do with a slice and a bit of ice cream on the side :) Happy Birthday Holli...
