When we recently got given a huge amount of green grapes, I knew there was no way we would get through them all while they were still fresh, I had enough in the freezer for frozen snacks so instead we juiced them to make some yummy fruit leather for school lunches.
Juice your grapes, (by squashing them or putting them through the juicer), spread the juice out on a lined baking tray and dry slowly on a mild oven (150 degrees celcius) for about 4 hrs, checking it as it drys.
Peel off and enjoy.
