Slow cooker beef korma

We love curry nights around here, we all enjoy some spice in our life and after a bit of perfecting they are very easy to whip up in the slow cooker, making for an easy Friday night or weekend dinner.

Here is my extremely easy Beef Korma recipe.

What you'll need:

1kg casserole beef
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsp korma curry paste
2½ cups beef stock
400 ml can coconut milk
2 tbsp brown sugar
cinnamon stick



What to do:

I throw all of the above in the slow cooker and set for 5 hours, or longer if I'm leaving the house for the day. A minimum of 5 hours seems to make the meat juice and tender.

We serve with yoghurt and if the spice isn't to your liking a few chopped chillies or perhaps some diced cucumber to cool it down.

I also dice my beef and freeze ahead and even pop it in the slow cooker frozen.
