Strawberry and coconut ice creams

We still had a few bags of Strawberries in the freezer from last year and with the weather warming up I thought they would be perfect for making some yummy ice creams with.

I let the strawberries thaw out a little bit, popped them in the blender with a can of coconut milk and poured them into molds, then set over night in the freezer.

How easy is that!! I have made these with lots of frozen fruits before, blueberries, mango, banana, you get the idea.

Perfect for an after dinner treat*.
